Unable to propose

    My Sim got engaged with another Sim, who died before they got married. She then met another Sim, they're in a romantic relationship and she has an option to propose but it's inactive and when I hover on it, it says "your sim is already engaged" - to a dead Sim. Has anyone had the same problem, is there a way to fix it?
