    To fix the error, open the folder Origin/The Sims 4/__Installer/vc/vc2013/redist and install vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86.

    And what if I simply download missing dll?

    For the record: downloaded msvcp120.dll (link), placed where it should be and fixed the error.
