Sims 4 help! My teen keeps walking through the floor in the house. Anybody know of a solution?

So my sims is now a teen, she aged up while I was playing another family. So I am not sure if she had always done this. Once I went to play this family i immediately went to change her look a bit. Anyways I have noticed that when she is in the house she will take a step then the next few steps she walks through the floor, her arms look all bent and weird and her legs look short. It makes her walk slower than normal. It even happens on the stairs, however she will face the stairs and crawl up/down them. I had deleted a mod that I had, that didn't effect this house at all(it was to remove the mouse/roaches from an apartment). However I still deleted it and then restarted the game then she was fine, but now she is back to walking that way. She went for a jog and I noticed she jogged without walking through the floor so I think it only happens in the house. The family lives in the only house in the city living town. Both parents walk like normal sims.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: I just checked for sure and the moment she steps out of the front door she goes back to walking like a normal person. Only thing different about the house is the fact that I added the gnome thing as a house quality.
