Sim can't improve in school

    Hi,

    today I installed the newest update of Sims 4 (the one with the basements) and played with my sims.
    My teenage girl goes to school and improve until she should reach the next level. In school, the checkbox is marked but she didn't reach the next level. Now after five days I have no idea what I can do. I didn't have the problem with kids or adult jobs.
    Any ideas how I can fix this?
