Screenbug! Please help!

    HI! I'm having problem with my screen. It feels like I have tried everything, update the directX, updated the "graphic card"..
    I have pictures on my screen if you look on the attached files, so you can se my trouble with the game.

    Been having this problem since last week, yesterday I only restarted and it was solved, now it does not help.
