Outdoor Retreat:Granite Falls disappeared

    I downloaded Sims 4 and Outdoor Retreat for Mac 2 days ago...my daughter plays the game not me. She says the little icon to go to Granite Falls in the top left corner just disappeared while she was playing and it won't come back. I tried several times to go directly into Outdoor Retreat through Origin but the icon never shows up. I don't know the ins and outs...can I reinstall the expansion pack somehow...just trying to get my daughter's birthday gift to work...FRUSTRATED It was initially working when I first downloaded it
