No Vampire Pregnancy Test Options

    I've been trying to get my vampires to have children but i never get a pregnancy test option and I've waited but she never gets pregnant even when she was human with a vampire spouse...but if I have all human sims everything works fine and yes I have mods and I've put the mods folder on my desktop and tried again still nothing.....help
