Making the Ambrosia Potion

    I am trying to figure out how to make the Ambrosia potion. I have the youth part of it but I have no idea how to get the other 2 ingredients for it. Can anyone out there tell me where to get the flower or the fish needed for this recipe??? It would be so much appreciated.
