How to open .package files Sims 4

    I need a program that opens .package files for the sims 4. can some one plz give me a link to one of those programs and help me out. im a V.I.P. member thats wants to open those nude skin files and the no sensor mosiac file

    You don't open them, you drag them into your Sims 4 mods folder buddy :) once they are in, restart your game and they'll show up :)
