Endless Pink and Blue Lines! (Graphic Problem!)

I have looked and viewed endless threads of possible solutions to this problem, but I just got the game and I have pink and blue lines all over the loading screen, and buttons! The rest of the game is fine although it isn't that fun as it should be. I've tried updating everything, LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Everything is updated already and I've been trying to figure this out for hours. I even uninstalled my Intel (R) HD Graphics and installed it again and no-go. Yes I use Intel (R) HD Graphics and I'm hoping someone who has this same Graphics can help! (Someone that solved it already) I'm using a blue vaio laptop with windows 7 if that gives anymore information. Please reply!
