Cut Scenes

With the more recent news about the possibility of the return of cut scenes; I have to ask, does anyone really miss them in TS3? In my game; if I recall correctly, for TS2, I turned it off. It got annoying after the first few times. I didn't like it. So, would you view their return as good or bad?

So they put the technology in there, but aren't going to use it.

I'm still pretty shocked that no other information has float to the surface yet, so why put the tech in but not use it? =d

Exactly! Why bother at all? Maybe it's for some distant future expansion that will have a cut scene or two? Seems senseless to put in worthless code. I was really hoping they had learned their lesson about that by now. The 'IGACache' folder is a perfect example. They put it in, but never got around to using it for anything!

Mhm, they could put it in a later EP but why? Imagine the things they could come up with if they add cut scenes!
Though i have to say i'm not really fussed about cut scences, I just want a cool game. I'm dying for new information
