Black screen with upper right bar

After the newest update, I try to access my game and this appeared. I have a black screen with the top right menu bar shown, i can click on the buttons but have no response. I tried changing my game from fullscreen mode to window, still the same, also tried reinstalling origin. Anyone had the same problem?

Sounds like your drivers could be out of date Are you on Windows 7, 8 ,8.1 or 10 if your on Windows 7 here a link from EA help to update ADM drivers this could fix your problem (Before you try that link) Click start bottom left of screen then type in (Windows Update) you should get an option saying check for updates click that then your PC/Laptop will Auto look for updates when it finishes search if any updates show then click install they will start downloading. Go make a Coffee or Tea and wait till updates finish you will need to restart your PC/Laptop when all done restart Sims 4 and hope this will get you back to a happy Simmer
